Scuba diving started for me about six years ago, doing my PADI pool training in the UK and my first open waters dives in the Red Sea - cheap (relatively), convenient and warm! and got completely hooked.... I am now a PADI Assistant Instructor (thought about becoming a full Instructor but couldnt afford to devote enough time to the diving and simultaneously earn enough to pay to dive in interesting places to warrant it.) Ive now dived in the Red Sea, the UK, Papua New Guinea, Solomons, Fiji, Palau, Australia and New Zealand but have got lots of places i want to go to yet...

Camera setup these photos were taken with is a Canon EOS50 in a Subal housing with 28-80mm zoom and a 100mm macro lens and Sea & Sea YS120 strobe. (Im working on getting a wide angle setup!. All have been taken with Fuji Velvia or Provia film.
